Why I Started
When I'm not at home with my dogs and kids, I work in private practice as a clinician and serve as adjunct faculty teaching graduate counseling online at a university in Virginia. I have a love for life, my family, and friends, and am always up for a good adventure!

Hi, I'm Heather and Lulu is my girl. I started Lulu's Goldendoodles from a childhood dream of becoming a dog breeder. My husband, 4 kids and I moved from Norfolk Virginia this past summer to Northwest Indiana where we now have plenty of land and space to make that dream a reality.
Why Goldendoodles? Their adorable looks, sweet nature, and non-shedding (hypo-allergenic) genetics make them one of America's most loveable and desired breeds!
I guess you could say I have an adoration for birth. There is something magical and powerful that happens with new life. As a mom and a mental health professional, I translate the same care I have for my family and my clients into my breeding program. I specialize in matching/placement for individuals, couples, families, and those desiring mental health support via an emotional support animal, or those looking for a therapy dog candidate. We raise our puppies with love and integrity and my desire is for that intentional care to translate from our home to yours!
